2. SERVICES & CLIENT AGREEMENT

By purchasing or subscribing to Scalethor™ services, you agree to the following:

2.1 Service Scope

We provide business automation, systemization, and operational consulting.
Our services are delivered remotely through consultations, system implementation, and automation setups.
Results depend on various factors including client cooperation, industry, and market conditions.

2.2 Payment & Billing

Service pricing is provided during the consultation process and outlined in the official service agreement before enrollment.
Payments are processed via Stripe and are charged automatically based on the agreed billing cycle.
No refunds are offered for services already rendered.

2.3 Cancellations & Termination

You may cancel your subscription by providing written notice at least 7 days before the next billing cycle.
If a payment fails, we will attempt to notify you. Failure to pay within 7 days may result in service suspension.

3. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES

To ensure successful service delivery, you agree to:

Provide accurate business information necessary for system setup and automation.
Grant Scalethor™ access to relevant tools and software needed for implementation.
Communicate proactively and provide necessary approvals within reasonable timeframes.

Failure to fulfill these obligations may impact results, and Scalethor™ is not responsible for delays caused by lack of client input.

4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & CONFIDENTIALITY

4.1 Ownership of Work

Scalethor™ retains ownership of all proprietary systems, frameworks, and automation templates.
Clients receive a license to use implemented systems but cannot resell or redistribute them.

4.2 Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any sensitive business information shared during the engagement.
We do not share, sell, or disclose client data without consent, except as required by law.

5. DISCLAIMER & LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

5.1 No Guaranteed Results

While we provide proven strategies and systems, we do not guarantee specific revenue increases, results, or success rates.
Your business outcomes depend on factors beyond our control, including market conditions, ad performance, and client execution.

5.2 Limitation of Liability

Scalethor™ is not liable for any direct, indirect, or incidental damages resulting from the use of our services.
In no event shall our liability exceed the amount paid for services within the last three months.

6. THIRD-PARTY TOOLS & SOFTWARE

We integrate with third-party platforms (e.g., Stripe, ClickUp, HubSpot).
We are not responsible for downtime, malfunctions, or issues caused by these tools.
Clients must abide by the terms of third-party providers when using their services through our implementation.

7. MODIFICATIONS & UPDATES

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time.
Clients will be notified of material changes via email or website updates.

8. GOVERNING LAW & DISPUTE RESOLUTION

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA.
Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Wyoming, unless otherwise required by law.
